For medical-surgical aids we mean all those products that claim on the label an activity linked to the following definitions:
- Disinfectants and substances sold as germicides or bactericides
- Insecticides for civilian and domestic use
- Insect repellents
- Rat poison for civilian and domestic use
In order to obtain authorization for this class of products, we offer the following services:
- Verification of the presence of the substances of the product in the list of those approved to be able to classify it as PMC, biocidal product, product for free sale or other products based on the regulations in force,
- Preparation and verification of product labels based on the regulations in force,
- Notification deposited at the Archive of Dangerous Substances of the National Institute of Health,
- Preparation and presentation of the registration dossier to the competent authorities and relative authorization procedure.
